"I don't really know," B admits. "I don't know if a lot of us even know the Admiral very well, and the ship doesn't really communicate clearly at the best of times." He pauses, says more quietly, "Didn't. Not sure if she's even okay, at this point. I do know she was very attached to us, and afraid of losing us. That much the Barge and the Clipper have in common. I asked if she was ever unhappy, and she said it was when she lost people."
