Do you think it might be nice to throw a party for our new arrivals? I know some of the people on this filter just arrived as well, but hopefully you don't mind that it isn't a surprise. I just thought it would be nice to make everyone feel more welcome here.

Hey everyone! My name is Haruka Sawamura, and I'm originally from Tokyo on Earth. I'm an Assistant here, and I just wanted to welcome all the new arrivals here and offer any help or guidance you might need while you're adjusting to your new home away from home.

[ True to her word, Haruka can be found just about anywhere on board and wherever she happens to be, she's probably willing to chat with you. ]

[ She laughs too before she's running at top speed, which is surprisingly fast. She'll get there around the same time as Luigi, but it's more fun to let him trot in first.]

[He pumps his fists in the air in victory as he turns to watch her walk in.]

Okay, you made it. Now. Party!

[ She grins as she pulls out a little notepad and starts making her list. ]

So food. Do we want to ask the kitchen for help or take care of snacks ourselves? It might be nice to get some special snacks for a party...

Let's see if we can ask the Nurse for some snacks! They can't deny us snacks for a welcome party, right?

I wouldn't think so! She allows for the chocolates earlier pretty quickly. Anything else?

Hm.

Oh! [He snaps his fingers.]

Decorations! Like a big welcome banner.

Oh. And pizza.

And we should set up the mats for a dance game by the media center.

So pizza and candy and snacks. Anything else?

Otherwise, I'll put in the request right away.

Nope! That's good for me!

[He looks down from the treehouse.]

They're gonna be so happy.

[ Probably not, she knows, but maybe it'll cheer them up a little? She can't help but think of all the times when Uncle Kaz took her to karaoke or brought her to the arcade or just took her to dinner when everything was going to hell. Sometimes, it was the difference between not being able to handle something and being able to handle it, just one thing that wasn't terrible. ]

I really hope they like it. And it'll be a good chance for everyone to think of it as a good thing.

I hope so. And it's not like we're gonna force them to come or anything.

[He shoves his hands into his pockets.]

Good! I'll make sure the request is all set and maybe start letting people know. I should probably talk to the kitchen staff so there's no confusion.
