Good afternoon, friends new and old!
I'm happy to announce that we just happen to be coming up on a festival from back home, and I thought we could have fun celebrating that, and our new friends, all at once! We can cook up some special desserts and decorate some masks and maybe make a few lanterns.
Something for everyone!
[There have been people who've remarked that Hua Cheng's god appears to have a large number of festivals. Hua Cheng smilingly agrees that it's just one of many impressive qualities.]

[Hua Cheng has a party to smilingly set up, with definitely no bullying of people into going along with it. The new people are just new people who can... learn about different traditions in a casual way that is not at all proselytizing in any fashion.
Also a chance for him to share some fun stories at story time, even if some of the violence is toned down, the actual fights aren't the most important part.
Still, he does have other responsibilities, even if this is one of the ones he considers most important. He keeps his eye out for trouble, sensitive soul that he is. He's there to help! And, on occasion, to pop into people's dreams where he can offer some constructive comments about what can happen to people who get in his way.]
